If you are new to Pilates you may like to have or may need an individual Pilates session. Your first session will be:

  • Consultation

  • Posture check

  • Learning and getting an understanding of the basic principles which you will need in your Pilates practice. 

  • Range of Movement Assessment and Mobility exercises.

  • A series of Fundamental exercises. I will be able to assess and advise you on the levels to start with and that is suitable for your body. 

  • Stretches and a Hamstring Flexibility Test.

You may decide to continue with Individual sessions, working on a program specifically for you. This can be very beneficial e,g if you have a busy schedule or especially for clients with medical conditions needing that one to one attention.

*Please note. If you are new to pilates with medical conditions/Injuries it may be mandatory to book an Individual session before a group class as all Classes are mixed levels.

Individual sessions can booked in the comfort of your own home (depending on location) or at one of the studios.


All equipment, including mats, blocks, small balls, pilates rings and bands are supplied for your comfort and to aid postural alignment.

  • A 1 hour session of Barre, a mixture of Pilates, Yoga, and Dance a fun, upbeat workout.
    • I will bring a Portable barre, Hand weights, Resistance band, Small ball and a Mat.
    • If you have space, why not workout with a friend or two......
