CS Pilates & Barre owner is Clare Smith. Clare has been in the Fitness Industry since 2004 and has been running her successful Pilates business since 2010, celebrating a decade this year, 2020.

Clare added bootybarre classes to her timetable in 2014.

CS Pilates & Barre Virtual Studio was created in 2020 offering Live streaming/zoom sessions and pre recorded videos for workout at homes.
